Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 7–12 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on eligible orders within India.

Returns policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the process below.

Damaged orders

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram @madhoneyin
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
  • Valid claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost

Mad Honeyin reserves the right to assess each claim individually and make a final decision on replacements.
