What you need to know
What is Mad Honey
Mad Honey is a rare, wild-harvested honey from the Himalayas. Produced by the world's largest honey bees — Apis laboriosa — from the nectar of specific rhododendron flowers at high altitude. It has been traditionally valued across Himalayan cultures for centuries for its unique properties.
How to use it
Start small. We recommend consuming no more than one teaspoon initially. You can mix it into warm (not hot) tea, or take it directly. Observe how you feel before increasing the amount. Patience is key — this is not regular honey.
Is it safe
Yes, when consumed responsibly and in small quantities. It is potent and should be treated with respect. It is not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with heart conditions or blood pressure concerns. Always follow our usage guidelines.
